Raymond Gil's story started with a brush and a hustle: his first painting job came with a company run by college students. He sharpened his craft under master painter Marcus Henderson at Marcus Henderson Painting, and later honed it further during his time at Atlas Painting — learning that great work is equal parts skill, patience, and respect for the customer.
From there he launched Proactive Painting — literally from his couch — and built it one careful job at a time. Today he's taken it further: he designed and coded this very website, built the brand from the ground up, and now leads Pixel Valley Painting.
Raymond specializes in creating a unique experience, not just a paint job. That approach has earned him a long list of references across Silicon Valley — homeowners who vouch for his trust, craftsmanship, and the value he brings to every project.
Married 17 years and a father of two, Raymond runs the company the way he runs his home — grounded, honest, and detail-obsessed. When the owner is on the job, nothing gets lost in translation: clear communication, a protected workspace, and a finish you can be proud of.
